Today was interesting

Wu 5.50
Nap 1-2.30 (slept without a peep-uncapped)
BT 7.30

He came up at 6.30 during dds BT wanting to sleep! Is that unusual since with shorter naps he usually has a later BT?

I definitely wouldn't do a 12hr+ day on no nap, I think that would be too much. Personally I would go for a CN seeing as he woke up so early.

Isn't something like that just about perfect???  Maybe wait it out a little longer before changing anything else - a 1pm nap may suit him fine ???

Oh sorry I didn't see your last post about today before posting last time (must have not seen the last page).

Yeah that looks like a good routine if you could get it every day.

I didn't do a specific A time after the CN, we just stuck with a 7pm BT regardless of the time if the nap. Sometimes it was at 12 and sometimes 3 it didn't seem to make a difference.

I don't know why this isn't resolving :(

Gave meds for teething but Last night 4x nws between 11.30-1. Nw at 3.30. Woke crying but ss.

EW 5.15. Full of beans :(

Is this OT or UT? Wwyd to fix this? Is it time to try a 30 min CN even if wu was 5 and 7pm BT?

I'm stumped :(

I thought he'd need a cu nap today. He only napped for an hour from 1.10-2.15 after 8h am at and it took 10min to ss!! ??? Should I aim for 8 pm BT or later?

No way I would do an 8pm BT after a 5am start. I would PD at 7 and see how long he takes to settle. Sorry I may be too late now anyway.

BT is usually 8 even wih 5am wu cos I'm doing set nap at 1 (have been pushing it out) and after 1.5h nap he needs at least 5.5h a to BT which usually leads to 7.45/8pm BT...it was 8.10'today...

I think I would rush through the dropping of the nap or cap it really short if I was getting a 9hr night. That is just not restorative I wouldn't think. I'd definite say it is OT.

I agree but how can I drop the nap when he's still waking so early? If he wakes at 5 the earliest EBT I could do would be 5.30? Is it worth trying that? Would he be able to push through the OT?

I would allow only a 30min nap and then still do EBT at perhaps 6.30 or 7. Then if you get a later WU do a no nap day with BT at 6.
