Is there a guideline for the TED? I've cut out the big ones (dairy, soy, gluten, eggs, nuts, corn, fish). Should I be cutting anything else?
I eat a lot of apples, bananas, chicken, rice, potatoes (white and sweet), and various veggies (carrots, squash, string beans, speing mix salad, celery, cucumber, etc). I've steered clear of broccoli though.
Just want to cover my bases.
Thoughts?
