Try oat? It's quite nice

Negligible fat content ;)  The fats are really the only reason I am pushing any sort of milk - DD takes a multivitamin to cover Vit D and her calcium intake already... though extra calcium is always a good thing!  She doesn't like anything fatty really, even adding olive oil to things will cause her to refuse...

Kara we use the Coconut Dream. It has 5g of fat per serving but everything else is negligible for vitamins and protein.

I did see that one and really, it would be just fine considering DD does eat quite well for a toddler (she isn't super picky and loves veggies thankfully!)... and it comes in the nice and convenient 1L tetras... hmmm... since DD isn't a huge fan, I may give it a try!

Is the chocolate one good?  Seems that the coconut flavour is quite strong in the plain version and DD isn't a fan... she does love chocolate Rice Dream though!

The chocolate one is so yummy that I've used it quite a bit with just some sugar to make into ice cream in my machine. I would have a swig of it whenever I poured some for Emma.

Was just on the Hain Celestial website... they have an unsweetened too!  This might be the trick with my oddball - she seems to prefer things that are unsweetened... I assume because her formula isn't sweet?

Will give it a go tomorrow!

i can't do your poll because i use a combo of oat and almond (mix it together in his cup).  we used hemp and oat milk for quite a while for the extra fats but now that DS is over 2 i nixed the hemp milk and switched to almond.
