How much sleep did/does your LSN 2yo get per day?

L has always been on the low side for sleep needs but I am just wondering how much sleep your LSN 2 year-olds get/got per day (not really worried, cos she seems fine, but just trying to reassure myself that we are not totally off the scale here ;) )?  And how was/is that split between nap and night sleep?

L's sleep/day varies quite a bit from week to week but is usually around 11.5hrs/day to 12hrs/day (very occasionally up to 13hrs after a no nap day) at the moment (at 2yrs4mo).

About 11 hours, but thankfully that has stayed fairly constant as he has grown!

Charlotte is currently having 13hrs as we've just dropped the nap, sometimes 13.5. Prior to dropping the nap (1month ago) probably 11.5-12hrs max.

We are a range too...

Typically a nap that I cap around 1 hr 45mins... and night sleep can range from 10hrs to 11.5 hrs...   if she does skip her nap, we get 12.5 hrs generally.

Thanks ladies!  Good to know we are in the 'normal' range for LSN LOs :)

I hope L's sleep needs stay the same for a bit too!  Although I fear she might become one of those Margaret Thatcher types that only needs 3hrs sleep/day ::)
