3 pm end to second nap- what to do?

Really stumbling over the 3-2 transition.  Our day started at 6:30 and ended at 8:15 to accommodate a catnap.  Sooo confused as EBT isn't an option.  Her second nap ended at 3.  Her A time is 2.75 hours.  So catnap ended at 6.  Will these long days lead to OT or because she had two decent naps and one catnap she should be fine?  Earliest bedtime would be 7:30 because of DS.  What should I do?

How long was the catnap? Can you cut it shorter - the shorter the catnap, the shorter the A to bed. The short nights could start catching up with her, even if naps are good, so I'd really try to keep your day to less than 13.5hrs where possible.

I let her sleep her 40 min cycle and then back up.  I guess I should wake her before then.  She s not too happy with me when I do.  Today should be fine as her first nap was only 40 min for some reason again.

I did a 30 min catnap before we dropped it completely. She might be a bit grumpy, but just keep the A to bed nice and short

Thanks today catnap was a disasterr as it took 45 min of crying to get a 40 min nap.  Long day again for her as she started today at 6:15.  Aggghhh
