Thankyou everyone!!!   So far so good  ;D

She seems to be ok, only has a few tiny red dots on her face and neck!!!! That could be from anything my DH keeps telling me lol.

I also had some cheese the next day which I once thought I would die without hahaha.

Any suggestions on where I go from here?  What is the next step?  Do I just continue to have dairy or start giving her small amounts?

I would continue to have dairy yourself for another week I think. Have you been on your holiday yet? Is that the timescale you have??

No we go on Holiday on March 7!  It isn`t a huge deal to find out for sure before then I just thought it would be easier to find stuff to eat but I will figure it out if I can`t have dairy.

After I had the glass of milk I had a piece of cheese the next 2 days and a little bit of sour cream last evening but I now think she may be reacting  :(  The few red spots she had yesterday are now raised a little and on her back, chest, tummy and the tops of her little hands. She has been having smelly gas too but other than that seems ok.   When she reacted the first time it was a little different as the rash was mostly on her face and neck but looks similar.

Do you think I should keep having bits of dairy or stop now?

It might be worth stopping until the rash clears and then try it again. If the rash returns you will know it is definitely the dairy causing the rash.
