Bedtime went well again... she was mad again but only took about 5 mins to settle :)  She was rather restless for a good hour and I am now thinking she might have a slight ear infection (she had a cold about a week ago)... really rubbing her ears!  Advil seems to have helped so will keep an eye out for signs it's getting worse and not better before heading to doc though.

I think we are coming out the other side!  Ears seem better - she is not really rubbing much at all now.  And we have now had two bedtimes and one nap without a scream fest!

We have made it through 7 days of both naps and bedtime without a bubba!  All has gone so much better than I had imagined - 2 whole days now with zero tears for nap/BT.. she only asked for a bottle by name twice the whole week and was easily distracted with her sippy.  So, I sold the bottles today!

Take the plunge ladies - it's so worth it!

Things have been fantastic!  She hasn't asked for a bottle at all (I posted that I sold them after a week of dropping them cold turkey so she would be outta luck if she asked anyways ;)  ).

Bedtime and naps are completely fine now.. the new routine has worked out well!  For naps, we read one story have a quick snuggle and she goes down with a bit of chit chat.. bedtime is snack, bath, stories (2), a bit of water and a few mins of nice snuggles, then into bed.  Asleep fairly quickly.
