Thanks, we will give it a few more days. Prt of me wonders if this is WW stuff, or him adjusting to a change ie the 4 mth sleep regression. But I do know that every time I doubt myself re pain the next day he is great or obviously terribly sore so then I think that again YK?

Last night was best in ages
Last nap was 2.45-4 BT 5.55
I pd in cot after he was asleep, then resettled in cot at 30 mins. (He stayed asleep) at 45 he was all wriggly and silly to I picked up and held him till he was past 1hr10 and pd (APOP I know) then he stayed asleep till 915 :D (he was due a feed as he won't have a BT one so last bottle was 4.30pm)

I'm stoked at least he's going to sleep and we can settle him in his room etc ... Other NF was 2.15 up at 5.50ish

Fx tonight goes ok. I wonder if he needs a good nap before BT YK?

SO glad you had a good night :D. It looks like the good nap and 2h ish A time before bed suits him pretty well doesn't it?  Difficult when you don't get that good nap to know what to do for the best, but keep experimenting.

You know I'm going to say I think AP is entirely reasonable don't you? ;). You're doing a fab job Sara x

Phew. I REALLY want him to settle on his own at Bt, Z was always a horrid napper but amazing at Bt and settled well on his own with a paci from this age so I feel we're so behind. BUT Zs reflux was more controlled at this age, and he had less issues, and no older brother to work around ;)

Yah I was stoked he didn't wake right up and fuss last night. I think I could have kept him in the cot had he been on his side, but he was on his back last night as the woombies are all in the wash so he was in a swaddle with arms down.

Of which we need to wean the swaddle too ::) ugh
