Help please. Its been years since i started on BW and for some reason my computer has logged me out, I have changed my user name, it was newmum now it is niknlily, so my new username is never recognised and I have no idea what my password was or even what my email account was when I set up on bw, all I do know is its not the one i currently use. someone help me get into my account please.
