mspi questions
« on: February 24, 2013, 22:06:33 pm »
Hi and I'm know I'm new so if this is in the wrong spot please feel free to move or delete it .. With that being said I'm trying to breastfeed my almost 7 week old son who has been labeled with mspi and i was wondering if there is a list of safe foods that you can buy that do not contain milk/soy .. or if reading labels will become my life =( . I really want this to work as my 5 yr old son went straight to elecare and i was never given a chance , However when taking care of 3 other children and a newborn grocery shopping isn't the easiest thing in the world .. Ive already ordered a cook book and then i was amazed when i found this site ! Ive already been looking over all the recipes but some i don't understand .. cause I'm unsure of which pastas , and ect are "safe" yet .. any help would be great !
