She slept for 15 mins til 5:30 so when we got home we just changed and nursed her and put her down and she is still rolling around in her crib and it's 7:30. Boo. She's had 15 mins since 1:30 this PM. I think she's majorly OT now. I hope this hasn't ruined our good nights!

Don't worry, bad days happen :)  try again tomorrow is my motto!!

For morning A I always went from the time I first heard LO (didn't have a monitor on after 5 months - she's right next door), as I figured quiet time in cot didn't really count as A time.

Well she was up at 4:40-5. My DH tried to settle but it was a no go. So I went in and fed her and she slept another hour til 6 am so less than 10.5 hours of night sleep.
So far today has not been good.
Awake at 6
out of crib at 6:30 I fed again to keep on track and she tried to fall back to sleep. I probably should have let her.
S 8:45-9:14 (she seemed so tired at 8, fussing and crying) she woke after 29 mins and looked around then played with her lovey. Then tried to go back to sleep for about 10 mins. No crying just rolling and playing. I don't get it. There was no way I could resettle as she was wide awake. These naps are killing me. I will have to do 3 naps but not even sure what A time to go with after not even a 30 minute nap. We haven't had a decent AM nap in 3 weeks since I moved her to her crib. the best AM nap we had was 50 mins and that was after a 1.75 A time as my DH miscalculated.

I am getting these silly short naps after pretty much every A time. Her PM nap is often longer but I think because she crashes. She's been up for 1.5 hours and is super fussy.

Honey I'm going to probably suggest something others may disagree with but with my first DS who was touchy, on a bad day we did 4 naps. 4 x 35-45 min naps. Ugh they sucked. But he was less OT at the end of the day.
I just dropped the A 15-20 mins each short nap. But no less than 1.5 hrs after the last CN. :-*

Ie WU 6
Nap 8.30-9.10
Nap 12.20-1
Nap 3-3.40
CN 5.10-5.30 (this could be 20-30 mins depending on time)
BT 6.45-7

I could never do 4 naps as I have the hardest time even with 3. I know she is OT but I can't for the life of me get her A right to get her to nap well.
Today
wu 6 am (after falling asleep at 7:30 and one nw from 4:40-5
S 8:45-9:15 there was no way I could extend.
S 11:45-12:20 (OT nap for sure) was able to extend this one with nursing out of the crib. I really don't want to do that but girl needs naps! Slept another hour from 12:45-1:45
S tried from 4 pm driving. Took until 4:15 to fall asleep. Woke after 25 mins when I stopped at a light
S in bed 6:40 right asleep

I think I am going to try to post over in naps to see if there are some new eyes. I don't even know how to proceed any more. I have kind of thrown in the towel!

Really? Actually it was 29 mins long, not 30. She did wake happy and played. After our few 12 hour nights and a 2 hour A her naps were 27 mins and 33 mins so I assumed she was super OT.  Can UT present itself in super short naps like this?

A sleep consultant I got in touch with suggested that if she gets too much night sleep she won't nap well and if she naps well she won't sleep well at  night (this has been true). She suggested shortening her nights to 11 hours no matter what and go with a 2-2.5 hour first A, 2.5-3 hours second A and a catnap 2 hours before bed. She said that if I follow this for 2 weeks (as long as she is STTN) she will nap longer.

I have noticed since ST and now her nights are excellent, I cannot get her to nap well.

T super short apps when UT. Z did too. I think your second was OT but the first UT. ;)
Personally I think if your nights are good don't mess with them by waking. ... But that is just my opinion
