High pitch scream during A time 5mo, why?

Hi ladies,
My lo has always been an OK baby and is able to play independently. Recently she started to scream during her play time, all out of sudden. Her face would look distressed but she is not hungry or anything. Has anyone experienced any similar situation? She is 5mo and just started flipping from back to tummy. She has silent reflux and is on Zantac.

P.S. Father in law came to visit a week ago and she was held by him for most of the time, could this be the reason?

Is she really in distress, or is she just testing out a new sound?

My spirited dd would do this when she was suddenly overstimulated, one minute it would be giggles and happy shrieks but in a second it could turn into angry screams, she had one particular really bright Lamaze frog who she had a love hate relationship with at that age!

Not sure if she is really in distress but her face does look angry...do other babies go through similar kind of things too?

My almost (in 8 days) 5 month old is doing this too... But I've noticed he's more high needs than his brother was... maybe over-stimulation??

It could be OS but he may also be enjoyin making new sounds, my spirited dd loved to scream really loudly and the laugh at everyones' reactions really pleased with herself  ;D
