I would keep the 1 nap for a least a week but shorten her day to 12 hours max however long the nap. Tuesday for example if you had her asleep for 6 instead of 7 you may have got a later wake up.
I would get the nap as late as you can today and then bedtime (in bed and asleep) for 6pm, I know this is a little more than 12 hours but 5.30 may be too early.
