Thanks again for many good ideas!

DD2 is now soon 9 mths old and safe food is: millet, banana, blueberries, sweet potato, carrot, pear, water melon, chicken and a little mango. LO loves all fruit and bread, but we need to hold back bc of reflux and gas.
We still have a few issues though. Water drinking for instance, LO LOVES it, but is not used to taking a bottle or cup and therefore it causes a lot of reflux. Do I hold back? It seems so wrong to hold back on water

I´d really like to give bread, it´s such an easy lunch to bring (and LO loves it), but it seems to cause a lot of gas. I´ve tried different types of grain separately (such as oat), but it seems anything but millet (I´ll try quinoa one of these days too) causes an upset tummy at night. Is that normal? Or could it be a sensitivity to gluten?
