DD2 is now soon 9 mths old and safe food is: millet, banana, blueberries, sweet potato, carrot, pear, water melon, chicken and a little mango. LO loves all fruit and bread, but we need to hold back bc of reflux and gas.
We still have a few issues though. Water drinking for instance, LO LOVES it, but is not used to taking a bottle or cup and therefore it causes a lot of reflux. Do I hold back? It seems so wrong to hold back on water
Iīd really like to give bread, itīs such an easy lunch to bring (and LO loves it), but it seems to cause a lot of gas. Iīve tried different types of grain separately (such as oat), but it seems anything but millet (Iīll try quinoa one of these days too) causes an upset tummy at night. Is that normal? Or could it be a sensitivity to gluten?
