Is it worth trying some afternoon nap time in the stroller on a walk, then trying to get back into the crib for a bit during that S period;
you could try, i never had any luck with that with mine. I think that it is important to have at least 2/3 of the naps in the cot whatever stage you are at so if you have 4 naps then it really is fine to do 1 out and about and keeps you all sane. It also means that hopefully they don't get toooo OT.

Things seem to be getting worse :(

DD is having periods where she goes from having eaten around 20 mins for her first three feeds, to eating for only 10-12 mins, then power eating before bed (40-50mins). And she is now quite difficult to put down after her dream feed (she wakes up as soon as she's put down in her crib and cries each time shes put in until 2am, at which point she wakes every hour).

Her naps are still pretty well the same (though we did get a nice 1h 20 min nap #1 on Saturday), except she's had some more afternoon nap time spent in her stroller (which lasts a solid 1.5 - 2hrs). Cat naps are also consistently 30 mins in the late afternoon.

We haven't changed anything about her activity time (i.e., still doing more exciting things first, followed by more low key activities later on; wind down 30 mins before nap with a 10-15 min 4S ritual; she is still spending most of the 4S ritual crying).

She's just shy of 20 weeks old now.

So 10 mins of feeding is fine for hits age I think. They get pretty efficient. My ds1 fed 3.5 mins each side for a full feed at 4/5 mths. Supply does drop in the evening though so maybe he is taking longer to get what he needs at that time? Or do you feel he is comfort sucking and OT eating as such?

So what is EAS ATM?
