I'm going to attempt cutting dairy from my diet for a week,to see if it makes a difference in the fussiness of my 6.5 mo. (He's never had formula, not keen on bottles, and having solids twice/day.). My question is do I need to be concerned about things like bread that were made with milk, have it baked in? Or, just cut straight milk, cheese, ice cream, butter....?
Also, how long do you typically notice a difference in baby, if there's going to be one?
