Hi, my username is pokadot but I can't log in as I am unable to reset my password. I have requested a password reset and the link has been emailed to me but when I click on it, the link takes me back to the BW homepage, not a password reset page??

can you confirm the email you have registered on the account & I will reset your password temporarily.
