I hope someone has some ideas. I'm reading back through my BW books but it's hard when you're so tired and have a toddler pulling at you.
My problem is my 17 month old sleeping. We've had a great routine happening with a set nap started when he was 15 months.
Our daylight saving ended on Sunday morning and I ruined his routine the few days before by trying to move his nap and BT a little bit to help with the time change.
His sleep has gotten progressively worse each night and I just don't know how to fix it.
This was his routine that I'd like to get back to

12-lunch
1230-2/230-nap
3-snack
6-dinner

715-book
730-BT
I don't know when to put him down for a nap or bedtime after EW. Today he was up for the day at 5am after waking up every 1/2 hour after 12am. I'm sure he's overtired but I don't know how to fix it.
