They're in the same room and tbh two adults and two kids in the same room is a bit crowded and chaotic. Not worth the grumps of getting him to do it all.

Any chance you could move Stan out whilst you do it? A camp bed in your room maybe? That's how I would have do it, I couldn't do it with them both in there!

She may well have been hungry but I know you know at this age you need to power on through regardless. Especially if you have tried to resettle for a time. I know you know this but sometimes we just need to hear it from someone else.

I have BTDT with the double wakings. It was hell on earth and you can get into panic mode. (((((hugs)))))

Sounds tough Anna, i would've caved in under those circumstances! I'd be giving her favourite foods for dinner the next few nights and then that nagging "is she hungry" doubt won't be there!

Yeh gonna make a hearty tea tonight and try giving her some porridge for pudding. Think Stan is going to sleep at my mums tonight too. It was hard. When ST stan he used to cry for ages and then just conk and go to sleep. Aud was really trying so hard to go to sleep just these pathetic little whimpers and sobs. :'(

Yep, horrible.  Its like feeding is her love language and so it makes it doubly more emotional  :-\

Absolutely. It was very functional with Stan but Audrey really uses boob to feel connected to me ie I pick her up from the childminder, she has just had a big snack and a cup of milk, but she wants to BF as soon as we get home. She sounded so *sad* (not angry or offended).

Ooooh I know I know. Stan's at granny's tonight and Audrey ate a pretty good tea so I will try to be stronger and have my own advice ringing in my ears ;) :P

Well, I didn't feed her, but she didn't go back to sleep either :(
Woke up at 5, I really thought she was going to go back to sleep bit she didn't, just hanging on for 6.30 when I'll get her up. Gonna be a long day, I don't think she's ever been up this early. *yawn*

Anna it is only temporary I'm sure. When we weaned the EW NF Colby was awake from his usual feed time of 5-5.30 for the first 3 days and didn't go back to sleep despite me resettling until 7am. The forth and fifth days though he did go back to sleep after protests. After that he started sttn until 6.30/45am without even waking for the BF. So do not despair. Audrey may well be the same. :)
