All going well... but.... She's rarely sleeping much past 6am. 11-11.5hrs overnight. Which is fair enough, except she used to always sleep at least 12 and often more. Of course Stan is being woken up too. Not sure there is much I can do about it but tbh I'm tempted to go back to feeding in the night.

You have to do what's right for you all Anna - if you're happy to feed at night then do, it's fine :)  But if you want to stick with not feeding at night perhaps she needs her routine looking at a bit?

I think her routine is fine... Awake some time 5.45-6.15, nap somewhere between 12-12.30 for usually about 2hrs, bed 6.30-7 depending on WU, nap. Bit vague I know...

I don't WANT to go back to feeding in the night but not happy with Stan suddenly losing an hour of sleep in the morning.

Hun do you think it's worth giving W2S a shot to see if she can sleep longer and it's just become a habit? :-\
1 hr prior to usual EW (I know it's not tech an EW...but at is age it worked for Z when he got off track which I never thought It would!)

I'm not sure what time to do it? 5am? Sometimes she just wakes at 5...

If she usually wakes between 5-5.45 then I would try at 4 ish..and see how she goes :-\
It's just a PITA getting up and risking
A) she wakes and won't go back to sleep
B) it doesn't work and you've been up and down since 4 ::)

But if it works..... :D

Often she wakes at 5 and resettles, but our mornings are usually starting at 5.45-6.15 which tbh is an ok amount of night sleep, but about an hour earlier than Stan is used to.

can you move A's BT later (i.e. shift her whole routine) or does that mess up Stan's BT or other parts of your day?

Does Stan have a gro-clock?  Could you teach A to follow it too?  She is about old enough isn't she?

If Aud goes done later, Stan gets zero one on one time the entire day. Not sure how to logistically manage them both going down at the exact same time.

Did W2S at 4.15am which seemed like a good time as she was very deeply asleep but then Stan woke her at 5.45am by going to the toilet so no idea if that would have worked.

We set up the Groclock two nights ago - dont think she gets it at all. If I mention 'clock' (I'm in with them now trying to keep them both lying down and quiet til morning) she gets super excited and jumps up trying to reach the clock shouting 'clock! Clock!' So not sure how to express to her that the clock says its nighttime without making her more wide awake and noisy.

Anna we use the gro clock and I think Colby is getting it now. Have you read the book OT comes with to Audrey? That might help. Also we sing a goodnight sung song at BT when we set it and wave bye to the sun. And I say "wait for the sun" to Colby is he wakes before it and the "oh look the sun is up" when it comes on in the morning.  Maybe she would identify more with day/night if you hanged your wording a tad?

Our mornings just gradually got later so hopefully your will too. 6.40am is about thellatest Wu I can hope for though.

I don't have the book any more! Yeh maybe need to change what I say. I know she's not really getting anything about it at the moment, but I guess she will eventually.

She is a couple months younger than Colby actually isn't she so he probably would have got it at 18mo but does now so maybe she will soon too.
