naps
« on: April 12, 2013, 20:24:20 pm »
sleep is crap around here!  I so thought it would be great once on one nap but not really.
Anyways, naps are always 1hr20-30min.  OT or UT?
She is on about 5hr 20min A time.  Make for either EBT resulting in a very early morning or she goes to bed resulting in a very early morning.
She also is waking often in the morning around 4:30 or 5, will go back to bed with help, wake 30min-1.5hr later.  If it's 30min we repeat the help and she sleeps another 15-30min. :-\  DD1 was so easy once on 1 nap.  She must have spoiled me!

Here, that would be OT. Anything significantly less than 2hrs is OT. I'd try less A time and see what you get. Audrey is 2 months older and can't really do much more than 5 hrs.
