is this 2-1?
« on: May 28, 2013, 19:29:01 pm »
last few days 15m/o taking up to an hour to fall asleep for AM and PM nap.
is this a sign that it's time for 1 nap?!

up til now she goes back to bed after 2hrs and i wake her after an hour then she goes back to bed after lunch for 2hrs.
this was working really well until now. what i'm worried about is that she seems so tired but the fact it takes an hour to go off shows she doesn't really need the nap right then...so how do i keep her going until lunchtime?!

Definitely in the 2-1!
From 2 to 1 nap transition (10-12m and older)
First I would push them nap outa little later so he will settle an cap at 45 mins. Then try for the pm nap 2.5-3 hrs later :)

Will he nap in the car? - in the 2-1 we did the CN in the car and long nap at home.
