Looong NW 11 months

I think there are more teeth on their way! We already have 7 as its been pretty much constant since 5 months! I think the wake up was based on that more so than anything else.

We're capping the naps in the morning and that seems to have helped.

We're trying to do:

wake 6
nap 9-9.45
nap 1.15-2.45/
BT 7

We'll give the slightly later ones a go if she wakes later in the morning.  She's definitely earnt a good night sleep tonight! (so have I!)

Hope you had a better night!  Are you giving her meds for the teeth?

The routine looks good to me.  If she's really having trouble making it to 7pm, I don't think there's any harm in putting her down at 6:30 for the night. She may well be able to do an 11.5hr night on that day.
