When is the catnap started usually around 4 weeks? We are three weeks and around 530 she needs a nap and I am starting to do this last nap in a sling to Pre for when it will be shorter. Right now she naps til 645 or 7 then we do feed, bath, top on feed and in bed by 8...
When do we shorten this nap generally? We are on 3 hour easy 730 wake up and 8 bedtime.
