I'm breastfeeding a bub with multiple food intolerances. Just wanted to share some info I found helpful.

The RPAH Elimination Diet (also known as the Failsafe Diet) is very similar to Dr Sears' Total Elimination Diet, but much more clearly explained and a lot easier to follow since more foods are 'allowed'. The diet focuses on cutting out food chemicals (salicylates, amines and glutamates) but the cookbook has recipes that are both low chemical and top 8 free:
