So here I am.  I put off posting b/c I thought it would get better but its not and I'm exhausted.  So dd is 5 months. and for the past month or so has had multiple night wakings.  I'll post our easy and then tell you about the nw.  The night before last she was up at 9, I fed at 12:30 , up at 3:30 (took till 4:30) to resettle then up at 7 for the day.  Yesterday looked like this.

Awake: 7
E:7:15 (bottle) 7 ounces
A:7-9 ( she had some cereal around 8)
S:9-10 (was supposed to be 11 but I took dd1 to do errands and dh couldn't get her back to sleep ::)
In between 10-11 she went back down for about 20 min
11: Bottle 7 ounces
A: 11-1 (cereal around 12)
S: 1-3
E:3 Bottle 7 ounces
A: 3-4:30
S: 4:30-5
E: 5 Cereal
A:5-7
E: 6:30 bottle 7 ounces
S: 7 (down for the night)

She was restless around 9 ish but resettle herself.  But then I needed to resettle at 11:30 and 12:30.  I fed her at 2:30 and then she was up at 4:30 and 5:30 and then up for the day at 7.

She has a pacifier but that doesn't seem to be the problem.  When she wakes she is not crying she is either talking or yelling.  Most of the time she can put herself to sleep unless I miss the window and I would say 30 percent of the time I need to help resettle a nap and 30 percent I cant resettle her so I just get her up and adjust our day.  She is formula fed.

Hugs for the nw's.  I'm wondering if she's ready for an increase in A and dropping the CN.    If she does have 2 x 2 hr naps plus a CN, that's plenty of DT sleep so I'm wondering if she needs a bit less so she will sleep better at night.  Here's some info on the 3-2 transition.
All about the 3-2 transition- 5/6 months

Thanks today she was waking up from her naps at the 1 1/2 hr mark so we were doing more of an AEASY then a tradition EASY.  We shall see how tonight goes.

So last night was better.  She woke up at 12 on had rolled on her belly.  I tried just rolling her back on her back but she got extremely angry so I fed her.  The next wu was around 4:30 and that was simply replugging bimmy and finding lovey.  So all in all a better night.  It seems that until she is ready to drop the cat nap its best to cap the other 2 naps to an hour and 1/2.
