15 month old that fits all naps a d bed time

Hello there I have 15 month old girl who fights her daily nap and bed time too.  She then wakes regularly in the night.  I don't what to do to sole this but it scares me because we have a 5 year old who on her second birthday was taken in to hospital for sleep training and I don't want to go through that again.  She isn't a brilliant eater but loves her milk.  Any suggestions much appreciated because we are exhausted.

Hi Sophie,

First off big ((hugs)). So, can you help me with a couple of things - it might help to see what's going on.

1. Can you post your LOs day in EAS format?
2. Any sign if teeth
3. How long has your LO been fighting sleep?
4. Why did you your 5yo need to go to hospital for sleep training?

Sorry for all the Qs - it's just difficult to help without having a picture of things iykwim
