ASAP HELP!!!.....Woke late today, what time is BT tonight?

I'm going to post our usual easy lately since school started...I got her wu time moved back to 6:30/7 (yay)  Now, I need some ideas on how to approach today.  She woke up today at 8:05 and now I'm dreading the thought of having a 8/8:30 bt.  So here it is, any suggestions are welcome.

Yesterday:

6:50 wu
4.05 A  nap 10:55-12:15
3.35 2nd A   nap 4:05-4:50
2.50  A time to bed, asleep by 7:40...nf @ 1:30

today:

8:05 wu........NOW WHAT??!!

We have to be back on track by Monday morning so I'm not sure if I should cap naps today to do a short day or what.......in need of some guidance.

I would aim for something like

WU 8.05
Nap 12-1.20/30
Nap 5ish cap at 30 mins max
Normal BT

Or if she does a long nap possibly skip the second map and do an EBT?

Ok, so what it sounds like is not to change anything really? Still same length nap time just time is pushed back? I thought for some reason that the late eagle up would effect her bt more dramatically. Thank you so much for the fast reply. I'm so grateful...and relieved. I'll shoot for 7:30 bt and go from there.

While I've got a thread going, at this age (she'll be a year Oct 10), is 2hr day time sleep normal? And if eagle up is 6:30/7..should bt be 7:7:30 or 6:30/7?

I would shorten the pm nap, the day you posted had 45 mins but cutting it to 30 max means LO won't need as much A time afterwards (hopefully!) before bed

2h day sleep is on the shorter side of average but perfectly ok and common as you approach the 2-1.  It's best if at least one of the naps is a full nap of 1.5h so LO doesn't get too OT. The day length will vary and start to approach 13h before you drop to one nap fully.

You're right... She's done 2.45 A to bed after 35 min nap and 2 A after 25 min recently. I should still do same bt tho after 30 min...wouldn't want ot to creep up. Thanks for your thoughts. Feeling good...  :-)

Last night went famously!  :-)  She woke once at night, as usual, and slept til 7:45 today. Will have to cap second nap today again d/t later than usual wake up. we'll be getting up at 6:30 tomorrow for ds1 school so she may get ebt... Thanks again Katherine. I have always counted on tracys teachings and I'm grateful for all of the ladies who have been there for me and O.
