So far my DD seems more interested in trains and dinosaurs than princesses and typical 'girlie' things, but she is into accessories. She has some plastic jewelry, a feather boa, a wand with a star on it and a few things like that which she loves. We have a good time putting on different hats and shoes, strutting around and looking in the mirror, brushing hair etc. Oh, and lipstick! I give her an old lip balm (wound down since she can pull the top off now) and she'll pout and put her lipstick on :)

My little girly ADORES taking care of her baby doll. She BFs her, takes her for a walk in her buggy, rocks her, feeds her 'yoghurt', puts her down for a nap.

dolls, dress-up, colouring, making own jewellery (pasta on string or cheerios), all things glittery....all a hit here since 18mths! Still are.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'girly'?

Millie loved nature walks at that age (still does!). Get a basket or a bag and take a walk, collect leaves, rocks, talk about each one, etc. So fun!

Tea parties are awesome too! Put a blanket down, put a bunch of stuffed animals/dolls around, pour them all "tea" (a childs tea set is fun, but not a must) and sit and have a chat, some tea and cookies.  :)

I was also going to suggest the tea party! My dd has always been more of a tomboy, no interest in dolls or princesses etc but she is now almost 7 and although her play is much more sophisticated she will still organise teddy bear tea parties!

Emma is far from a girly-girl either but her play has always been a lot different to that of her brother. Stuffed Bob the Builder would often be invited to tea or to the dollies cot for a nap - whereas at 2, Oscar would have Bob happy he had a hard hat, IYKWIM!

We also did/do tea parties around here. She loves putting her babies to bed (her dolls). We would also get all the plastic animals and play zoos. That's still a hit around here actually.

Favourite games here at the moment:

Putting dolls (and Mummy!) to bed - I get told "lie down" and then get my back rubbed :D
Doing dolls hair or Mummy's hair
Tea party - we have a painted wooden tea set with 'cakes' and 'sandwiches' and she loves making tea for everyone
Pasta party! Put dried pasta in a bowl, spoon to stir it with and she happily 'make dinner' and serve it
Simple baking - crispy cakes (melted chocolate and stir in cereal)
Playdoh also a hit here - we stick dried seeds, lentils, pasta into it to make patterns or build animals
Drawing/painting/stickers - not 'girly' as such but we talk about colours, sometimes make 'butterfly pictures' (paint on one side then fold over to make print on the other, then cut out shape of butterfly when dry), could also paint then sprinkle glitter on, hand/finger painting?
Unpacking handbags - she has one of my old bags with keys, toy phone, brush, hair bobbles, purse etc in which she can unpack and repack, then will put it over her arm and wave bye bye to go 'shopping'
