My DS will have the odd phase where he only eats toast or rice cakes or one day will love cauliflower and the next day spits it out but generally speaking he is a very good eater. 75% of the time he will happily eat broccoli, green beans, peas, sweet potato, cauliflower, black beans, kidney beans, lentil soup, rice, quinoa, hummus, and avocado. I regularly hear that toddlers are fussy eaters so should I brace myself to expect him to turn into a fussy eater one day and I'll have to puree veggies and hide them in other foods to get him to eat them? Or are some kids just not picky eaters and perhaps this loveliness will remain?
