Yeah, lily always hated waking from her naps in the afternoon.  I used to sit and do something really quiet with her (normally tv when she was older), have a snack ready and keep her in her sleeping bag.  After about 20-30 minutes she woke up properly and was fine.

Thanks ladies!! It's nice knowing I don't have to switch to long pm....we are finally in a good nap routine :)

Thank you both for this tips! Ill feed and keep it low key until he's ready to be more awake!
