8 wk old bottle fed boy feeding 3/4 oz every two hrs

8 wk old bottle fed boy feeding 3/4 oz every two hrs still and waking for food 2-4 times per night.

His birth weight was 5lb 8, but his gain has been good (as expected with all the milk he's taking), he's
now approx 9lb 6.

Any ideas? Do I keep him on 2 hr schedule or try lengthen it out?

If he is draining bottles, you need to increase the volume of each feed (not just one bottle, but each one over the course of the day)... most are taking 4-5 ozs per feed, every 3 hrs at 2 months.

I would expect him to have a dreamfeed plus 2 night feeds at this age as well.  If you are not doing a DF, expect him to eat as often at night as he does in the day time... ideally, at least 3 hrs between feeds for day and night.
