Hi there!

I can't remember the exact times but it was a 12h day with a 2.5-3h nap.

I think it looked something like this:

WU: 6.30-7am
NapL: 11.30/45 (2.5-3h)
BT: 6.30-7pm

HTH x

My DS is a delightful gift but famous for being a short napper and frequent NWer.  I'm pretty sure he's LSN.  At 12 months it was clear our only option was 1 set nap as A times weren't working and he was refusing the pm nap.  I tried set nap and BT but unfortunately the nap didn't lengthen and I'm still waiting for it to do so  :P.  But, if it helps this is what I was doing at 12 mths:

WU (all over the map ranging from 5:30-7:30 (on a very rare day)
11:30 set nap (1 hr 10 min average but was broken)
6:30 set BT
