So glad you're feeling better! I was dropping the day feeds at a similar time ready to go back to work.

I fed both of mine for ages on 2 feeds. Your supply should just adjust down to what is demanded.

Yeah by the time I was back at work some days it was only 2 feeds (she was STTN then too) but then on other days when I was around I was feeding more. I found my supply to be pretty adaptable then. Hope that works out for you and pleased you had some nice Y time :-*

Yup, very adaptable here too, depending on when I'm about.

I was going to say there's no reason not to go to the gym and you might well feel better in yourself if you did.  Maybe throw in a good multi-vit as well.  May as well take the best care of yourself, and really really enjoy your last months at home with Vi.
