we are/were doing...
A - 6.30-7am
Nap - 1.15-2.45pm
BT - 7.15pm

This is us at 27 months.  Either:
WU 7/7:30
Nap 2-4
BT 8

Or:
WU 7/7:30
BT 5:30

She is skipping her nap 2 or 3 times a week (doesn't seem to matter if she wakes up closer to 7 or 7:30) but does a massive night on NNDs.
