Back again-move to big bed!!!
« on: November 23, 2013, 03:55:46 am »
Hi, I received great help/encouragement thru 18 m SR-so thought I'd pick your brains on this one. We month him to bed as he had climbed and fallen out if cot (once) he's now freaking out about being left there-taking ages to go to sleep and NW.
Where previously he slept thru-have I moved him too early? He's 20 months!
ATM I stand by door and say 'lay down' etc and at nap time it works ok but bt it's like he's mucking about! He's awake now 3:54 I can hear him by his gate-and he didn't go to sleep till 8:30 so def OT!
Do I rebuild cot or persevere???

I wouldn't rebuild the cot if he is able to get out of it, it's possibly not safe for him now. 20 months is younger than some but not too young no.
