Am i wrong?soother at night
« on: November 23, 2013, 06:25:50 am »
Um.i think DD went 7.5hrs without a feed. :-\
I say "think",but im fairly sure.could she have though?
I always track them with an app.last 1 was at 10.30pm-
surely i wouldnt forget getting up?

I remember her waking at 1.30am,cause i said id chance my
arm, give her the soother&see could i get an extra few
mins in bed.i replugged numerous times when she was making
Little sounds.next thing i know,it's 6am.i feel awful. :-\
Am i wrong to have replugged so much?the first time she
gave a little moany-cry was6am.other than that,it was
just shuffling.and the only time she refused the
soother was6am.

6 wk GS? ;)
I think if she was hungry she would have kicked up a bit of a fuss with the soother, but then I have boys and they are pretty good at making it clear when they are Not happy ::)

That's the only thing that's making me feel better-she
SURE knows how to kick up when we're not doing what she
wants...

That's how I spaced L's night feeds - I always offered the dummy when he woke crying and if he was hungry he'd spit it out so I'd feed him, if he kept it in he'd go back to sleep :P

I remember that on DS1, I used to use to yard stick of if he woke again within an hour of a replug - that was telling me he was hungry, otherwise - no need to feed :) enjoy the zzzzzs ;)

Sounds fine if she isn't crying for a feed.

Just to update!she fed a bizillion times last night,so
yes-if she's hungry,the soother just wont suffice!
I know that for sure now!
