A question for my sister
« on: November 29, 2013, 20:10:58 pm »
She pumped milk, kept it in the fridge and now wants to use it. Does one warm the milk or let it stand outside the fridge a bit to get to room temp.?
Thanks  :-*

I warmed it up by standing it in a huge mug of hot water.  I had a super hungry baby who just couldn't wait.  ;). Congratulations btw

I found this link really useful with regards to milk storage and prep (I use a bottle warmer).

I've done the leave it sitting out for a bit thing mostly OR put in warm water. BM from the fridge seemed to warm up pretty quickly.
