Hi and welcome :)

Some things that might be useful for you:
Average A times- BOOKMARK ME!
Starting EASY - all you need to know and more!
Sample EASY Routines from 0 - 13mths+

An A time of 1h30 is a reasonable starting place for a 13/14 week old so I think your plan for the first part of the day looks pretty good.  Do remember though that EASY is not about scheduling so you do need to watch your LOs cues and if they seem to be tired sooner or later than the planned time then it's important to respond to that.

The only bit I'd change about your day is to bring BT earlier.  With a 7am start we'd normally aim for a 7/7.30pm BT at the latest (to be asleep by that point) as I think your LO will probably be OT (overtired) with only a 40 min catnap between 4 and 8pm.

The other thing to be aware of is that this age is common time for extending A time and moving from a 3h to a 4h EASY.  That may mean you have to be quite flexible and follow LOs lead about when the routine needs to change.  This link might also be helpful for you:
Time to Transition - 3hr, 3.5hr or 4hr EASY

Hope that all helps to start, let us know if you have more questions :)
