Sorry I misunderstood your post. Yes with a WU of 7.40 I'd aim for a 1.30 nap, WU no later than 3.30 (whatever time she sleep) and BT at 7pm if the  nap is good x

should i aim for sleep by 6.45 since am a was longer than yesterdays and nap a little shorter??

Yep, I would do that.

Is she teething at all ATM? I've probably already asked that but haut
Incase I've missed it.

Let's see how her night goes tonight and then consider tommorow's plan. I don't think you're too far off hon. Before the shenanigans what morning and pm A times was she doing. Can you remind me of her day as was?

H x

 :o

She's coming up to 2y right? Given nothing seems to be making a difference and it's not teeth, that just leaves developmental craziness, which approaching her 2nd birthday would not be uncommon

Resign yourself to what will be will for tonight, and let's see what happens overnight. It might just be a case of managing the routine rather than tweaking while you ride this period out. Xx

You clearly don't remember all of the support you offered me when at was going through a similiar thing at around 25m for what seemed like an eternity and then, yes molars!! For us there was very little reprieve between 23m and 28m BUT each time there was a reprieve R would just fall back into line with her sleeping like the crazy sleep and shenanigans had never happened. I guess that's why I always say to sick as closely to your routine as your LO will allow. At least that way there is  some consistency for them and they will
Hopefully just snap back in order yk!

Anyway, yes fingers crossed for a good night xx

So similar night to yesterday :( several nws but at least she ss. Wu was 7.05 so 11.5 h night.

From what i rem of the last regression (and it has all blurred!) i was pd for naps and bt 30-45 min.before.she was due to sleep so she could get all that chattering out of her system. Wdyt?

Should i do nap for 12.30 and 6.30/7 bt? xx

Yep, I think that is the way forward. If she does sleep for 2/2.5h as she used then I wouldn't do BT earlier than 7pm - I think she'll be ut if you do.

I remember that R had a lot of night disturbances when her molars started to move. Just a thought.

I'm working today but will try ad check in later to see how you're doing x

day so far

Wu 7.05

That she's been used to a short sleep but still tired and so back off? I would do a 7pm. BT as that's just a 4.5h A which I would have though she could handle. What's your gut feeling? X
