Hey!

I know an hour and a half doesn't seem long to you given she always napped longer but for most LOs her age it's actually not too bad yk, for some a pretty decent nap. So with a 1.45pm WU I'm assuming you're going to shoot for a 6pm BT?

Whenever i get a later wu i think its time to got to set nap and bt cos im done with a times. She will learn to cope with ot now shes 2 right?!

I'd say so. R did. We switched to set naps after the 2yr dev leap and introduced a gro clock. She got OT For a bit but got over it. Might be worth a shot. Have a look at the link below, it might help:

Set naps for toddlers: Why, How and When

Good luck xx

Our day

Wu 5.55
nap 11.35-1.05
bt 6.25 (pd 5.55)

ok need help clarifying this- i think leap is over since its been over two weeks and she isnt singing through the night anymore ::). so should i assume 1.5h naps are the new norm now since when she does nap thats what im getting consistently?

also, dyt she was ot or ut for bt cos it still took 30 min to fall.asleep which it never does. Could it be ut since pm a was 5h20 by the time she fell asleep...

I know ur 'off duty' Hena its not urgent- dont think im.figuring this out any time soon ::) ::)

Hi!

Sorry I for not replying to your posts. I wasn't just off duty but out of the country so was not accessing my emails or checking the site - quite expensive to 'roam' whilst overseas.

Anyway,  could you please summarise your queries/concerns and what's been happening with your LO's sleep so I can try and help?

Btw, I hope she had a nice birthday x

PS - I've just noticed that you have a new thread - are you happy to receive advice on the new thread?
