Just posting so I can follow this if that's okay.  We're trying to figure out our 7.5month old too!

Quick reply, Fran... have you consider pushing that second nap 15 minutes later?

hi weaver,

I have tried it all TBH. now we are getting the first nap short as well, 35 mins. I think I will revert back to first A time of 3hrs 15 mins. it worked well for us although she slept what is considered not long enough, mostly 1hr 10-15 mins whereas now Im getting short naps. I had increased A time over days first to 3.5 hrs with the result of 35 mins naps and then 3hrs 45 mins (because she showed no signs of tiredness) but still woke up 35 mins. she is now 8 months. the average A time is 3-4hrs. she always had a shorter A time in the morning, so I will try that again. after a good nap hopefully she can go 3.5 hrs which she has done occasionally and had a good nap. what you think?
