6mo waking 1hr after BT everyday

Hi there, my 6mo DS2 sleeps well for naps but wakes up every day an hour after we put him down for BT. I was wondering if it had to do with tweaking his EASY as I am uncertain as to why he wakes up at this time everyday.

Our easy: (most days)
730 WU
930 - 11/1130 Nap
2 - 330/4 Nap
7 BT

Around 8/830 every night he will wake up. Always at the exact time. I know at this age many LOs ate taking two naps and a catnap. Could that be the reason??

Does he wake up happy? What does he do when he wakes up?

Hi hun he might be a little young to be on 2 naps but it's not unheard of at all. My LO dropped to 2 naps around 7months. How long has he been on the 2 naps? I think perhaps he might be a little OT by BT if he's doing only a 2HR A in the morning then a 2.5hr A then a 3Hr A? But given you are getting a good 1.5hr nap out of each A time I am not sure honestly. What is he like when he wakes up and how does he get back to sleep?
