Can't find my unread pm - ?

 I can read my pms but my account has today shown me that I have a new one - and I can't find it! I've tried deleting some, looking on other pages, logging off and in again. No joy. What am I doing wrong?

Btw if I haven't answered you, sorry - this might be the reason!

if so you can read it from your inbox?

Oh yes, will try that when I get back to work tomorrow. Hopefully then I can clear it?

try going to the previous page....sometimes when I get a new PM, I go to the next, blank page in my inbox.  it is weird, but then I click on the page number before, and there it is!

Nope, nothing new in my notifications. Maybe it thinks there is a new message when really there isn't?

Do I need to clear my inobx or something?
