That's fantastic! I'm curious what ages you started using it.

Lily was around 22/23 months when we started if I remember correctly....

With both of ours we bought it around 16 months. Obvs way too early to fully get it then but we were really srict about it started with just 5 mins to wait then gradually increased it to the length of time it would take for them to lie happily. Now at 4 and 3 years old they cmpletely 'obey' the sunshine . It's miraculous. We adjust it for the weekend so we all get a mini lie in (of 30 mins!) and it's a God send in the summer months when they want to get up with the birds!

My only bug bear is that it doesn't have a remote control so that you can override it or automatically turn the sun on in those rare occassions where it's not working for them to wait or if you have forgetten to change the time back to weekday time and then they realise that you can turn it on yourself!

But overall can't recommend them enough

Were still having great success by the way! Its as if he refuses to shout/wake ip for the day until he sees that sun. Its amazing! I had to go in at 6.30 the other day as needed to get kids up as i was at work, and he was like 'mummy, what are you doing its not wake up time!!' Made me laugh x

Make sure you use the lock function! (or know where it is in case you need it)- We had a little monkey deciding for himself when the sun should come up!! So where he stayed in bed till the sun came up, sometimes it wasn't about a time related thing!! ::) Toddler logic!

I've put R's up on her shelf where she can see it but not touch it. I'm pretty sure she doesn't even know it's us who set mr sunshine to come on. The star is on when she gets out of her bath and she'll know it's time yk get ready for bed and then comes me sunshine when it's time to get up x
