Rome wasn't built in a day hun ;). Stick with it, it may be a good routine for her overall but still some residual OT to work through.  If you let her settle into it she may start regulating a bit more and the NWs will hopefully stop xx

Could set times work so quick (its only day 2)  or dyt that the a times were right for her...i know im supposed to be consistent but if its the a times that worked should i stick to these or will it be better to stick to the set times so that i dont have to keep chasing a.times in the long run. eek i dont know what to do. That's the plan :). Do bear in mind until set naps stabilise it is completely normal for nap lengths to fluctuate quite a lot.  Even now we really only have a similar length nap every day because I cap it!

Yes, and yes if you're doing set naps.  You can go 15 mins early for nap, but any more and it's not set.  You can do 30 mins early BT too x

you must stick to it if you are setting, it is really important to 'set their body clock.

It is possible to keep a set nap but be flexible on BT but then it is not really a set routine iykwim? I would personally stick with it as it has only been 2 days or so and see how you go. I know it is hard when you want to make it right, I really do but at least with setting it takes the 'thinking' out of the equation, you just know what you are doing each day...good luck!
