Im such an awful mum sometimes
dd has a fullblown cold and cough. No wonder she couldnt sleep
. Fell asleep at 6.05 after 15 mins but has woken cos of cough and needed me three times already. poor baby.
Should i stick to set times tomorrow or guage it on how shes feeling? Will we have to start again on setting body clock?

Thanks happy. It is hard work and seems never ending. In a way i feel that i know too much about good sleep and the bw approach to it which makes it harder to not stress yk?
she seemed ok today but still coughing
Wu 7.30
nap 1.20- 3.10 (pd 1.05)
bt 7.10 (pd 6.30)
so a good nap in a short day. Fxd its enough to get over this ridiculous ot!

Back again
Dd had settled into set times since i last posted so
Wu 6.30/7
nap 12.45/1-3
bt 6.30/7 depending on nap
But over last week shes only napping 1h20-30 min if i can extend... bt is 6.30 and shes having several nws and wu is 5.45/6.15
yesterdays easy was
Wu 6.15
nap 1.20(pd 12.45)-2.50 (rs at 2.20)
bt 7.45!! pd at 6.30
Several nws and wu was eventually 7.45 today...any ideas whats going on here? shes had 2y SR, isnt poorly and i dont see any signs of molars although she has been putting fingers in mouth....should i try medicating?
