18mo EW due to OT or UT?? Please help!
« on: January 22, 2014, 13:28:00 pm »
Hi ladies, my DS one is almost 18 months old and recently has been getting up earlier and earlier. He currently goes to bed between 745 and 8 PM and usually will sleep the whole night. He has been getting up between six and 630 which I know is not bad but he is very tired by the time it is naptime. Currently naptime is  between 1145 and 230 but he is exhausted by about 1030. Should I be putting him down sooner or later so that he sleeps in longer in the morning.  He used to sleep in between seven and 730 and that means naptime at 11:45 no problem. Not sure what we should be doing. Thank you!

so was he doing pretty much a 12 hour night and a 2.45 nap before this all started? I would imagine if so that he may be ready for a nap cut or a later BT then. Having said that there is an 18 month regression which can make sleep go wonky for a bit...
