Anyone start with brown rice cereal?

Milk intake - what you can expect between 6 months to 12months +
Milk intake varies depending on the LO but I would think you could offer as much solids as he wants without worry. If it dropped significantly then you could reduce the solids a bit if really necessary but otherwise try not to worry. I never measured how much solid food mine had, I just let him eat until he was full.

Ok so would I add more food to the 2 meals or would I add in another mealtime like dinner? He's still just having multi grain cereal and puréed fruits and veggies

Sweetie it's really up to you. You can add to his current meals or add a new meal. Whatever you like. Neither way is 'better'.

If you're worried about it messing with his sleep, I'd hold off on dinner for now.    But like Anna said, there really isn't a "better" way to do it.
