12 week old - growth spurt?

How do you know if it's a growth spurt? Up until last night, my 12 week old was sleeping from 7pm to 7:30am (or later) with one feed - sometime around 4 or 5am. Last night was different - he woke two times for food. Seemed very awake. He's EBF.

Just curious what growth spurts look like in other babies….

Sorry its taken so long to reply to your post... for us, a growth spurt meant more feeds during the day and night but it usually only lasted 3 days or so and then things would go back to normal. I also found this link, which will hopefully help you
